Terms and Conditions

A) ASCE National will provide the following:
i. Travel expenses for one-two experienced trainers to include airfare, ground transportation, meals and lodging
ii. Workshop curriculum including all handouts
iii. Shipping expenses for workshop materials
iv. Materials that can be used to publicize the workshop and recruit participants

B) Your Section, Branch, Younger Member Group, or Institute agrees to provide the following:
i. Facility to host the workshop (classroom-style set up for up to 30 participants)
ii. Catering (coffee service/continental breakfast, lunch, afternoon refreshment break)
iii. A/V needs (LCD projector and screen; audio speakers for any multimedia portions of the presentation)
iv. Receipt, storage and local transport, as needed, for workshop materials
v. A minimum of 15 and a maximum of 30 participants (a registration fee may be charged to these individuals)
vi. Registrations for up to five participants recruited by ASCE National (a registration fee may not be charged to these individuals)
